User Content Terms

PULZE lets you post photos and videos to an event’s live wall and recap, react to events, vote to verify event details, submit events as a ROC Scout, leave post-event feedback, and (as an approved ROC Creator) post content tied to events. By design, PULZE does not have open comment threads anywhere in the app — these Terms cover what you can post.

1. Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant PULZE a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service (including in event recaps and, for Creator content, promotional placements) for as long as your content or account exists.

2. What you can’t post

• Content you don’t have the right to share
• Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting a private individual without consent
• False event information submitted as a ROC Scout
• Spam, scams, or unrelated advertising
• Sexually explicit content

3. Moderation

Anyone can report a post. Staff review reports and may hide content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. A hidden post is not deleted from our systems immediately, to preserve a record for appeals and legal compliance, per our audit log.

4. Verification & ROC Scout submissions

Event details submitted or verified by users (ROC Scouts) are community-sourced and may not be fully accurate. Verification votes and trust scoring (see INGESTION.md) determine how prominently a submission is shown, but PULZE does not guarantee any listing’s accuracy.

5. Creator content

Approved ROC Creators may post content tied to businesses under paid campaigns — see our Ad Disclosure for how that’s labeled.

6. Removal requests

To request removal of your own content, delete it in-app or contact [contact email]. For copyright claims, see our DMCA policy.
