1. Information we collect

  • Account info: email, display name, avatar, home city, interests
  • Usage signals: events viewed, saved, and shared; category and price preferences — used to personalize your feed (see MILESTONES M12)
  • Location: only your selected home city, not precise device location, unless a future feature explicitly asks and you consent
  • Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — PULZE never stores your card number
  • Content you post: photos, captions, reactions, reports, reviews

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Service — show you events, process ticket purchases, send reminders
  • To personalize your feed and notifications
  • To detect fraud and enforce our Terms
  • To send you emails you’ve opted into (reminders, weekend digest) — see your notification settings in Account

3. What we share

We share data with service providers who help run PULZE: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

  • Edit or delete your account any time from the Account page
  • Turn off any notification type, or set quiet hours, in Account → Notifications
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us

5. Data retention

We retain account data until you delete your account. Deleting your account cascades to your saves, reminders, and personal signals; published content you posted publicly may persist per our User Content Terms.

6. Children

PULZE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
