DMCA & Takedown Policy
PULZE respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Filing a notice
If you believe content on PULZE infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a direct link to the event, post, or profile)
- Your contact information — address, phone number, email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact information above, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Repeat infringers
PULZE may suspend or terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
