Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets on PULZE are sold by the organizing business. PULZE processes the payment and issues refunds on the organizer’s behalf, but the organizer sets whether an event is refundable.
1. Cancelled or rescheduled events
If an organizer cancels an event, ticket holders are refunded in full, including PULZE’s platform fee. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket carries over to the new date unless you request a refund within [X] days of the reschedule announcement.
2. Buyer-requested refunds
Whether a ticket can be refunded before the event, and any deadline for requesting one, is set by the organizer per event. Check the event page or contact the organizer directly. PULZE does not guarantee refunds for a change of mind.
3. Platform fees
PULZE charges organizers a platform fee on paid ticket sales (currently a flat rate plus a small percentage, disclosed to organizers at checkout setup). This fee is not separately itemized to the buyer and is included in the ticket price you pay.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. A refund voids the ticket’s QR code immediately.
5. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [contact email] before filing a chargeback with your bank — chargebacks can result in your account being restricted.
